Wholesale Pricing & Order Minimums

Wholesale pricing is based on the current retail price of eligible pieces.Wholesale orders may be mixed across eligible styles and collections to meet the applicable order minimum.

• Opening Orders: $250 minimum opening order

• Reorders: $150 minimum reorder

VolumePricing

The maximum wholesale discount available is 45%. Order totals are calculated using the eligible retail prices before wholesale discount, shipping, and applicable taxes. Wholesale pricing is available only to approved wholesale accounts and is not automatically applied to all Fire&Fringe inventory.

• Order Total $250–$499: Discount 35% off retail

• Order Total$500–$999: Discount 40% off retail

• Order Total $1,000+: Discount 45% off retail

Natural Stone Selection

Natural stones are an important part of the Fire&Fringe collection. Each stone is selected with care, and natural variations in color, pattern, texture, and shape are part of what makes every piece unique. For wholesale-specific designs, I select stones based on available inventory and the agreed size parameters. Retailers may communicate general preferences for stone type, color, or aesthetic when available. Specific stone selection is made by Fire&Fringe unless otherwise agreed in advance. Please note that natural stones are not identical, and slight variations are expected in handmade jewelry.

Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required when your wholesale order is placed and confirmed. The remaining 50% is due in full before the completed order ships. Orders will not ship until the full balance has been received. All wholesale orders are subject to confirmation by Fire&Fringe. An order is not considered final until pricing, availability, production timeline, and payment terms have been confirmed.

Production & Lead Times

Fire&Fringe jewelry is handmade in small batches, with production scheduled according to current studio capacity, materials, and existing commitments. Lead times will be communicated when your order is confirmed. Estimated production timelines may vary depending on the size of the order, whether pieces are made-to-order, and the availability of natural stones and materials. If you have a specific delivery date or seasonal deadline, please communicate that when submitting your inquiry. I will do my best to accommodate your timeline, but rush production is not guaranteed.

Shipping

Wholesale orders are shipped once the order is complete and the remaining balance has been paid in full. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the wholesale buyer and will be communicated before the final balance is due. Shipping method and timing will be confirmed with your order.

Returns & Damaged Items

Wholesale orders are considered final sale. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with the workmanship, please contact Fire&Fringe within 5 business days of delivery with a description of the issue and photographs. Each concern will be reviewed individually, and appropriate resolution will be determined based on the circumstances. Because each piece is handmade and natural stones vary, minor variations in color, shape, texture, and finish are not considered defects.

Wholesale Account Approval

Fire&Fringe wholesale accounts are approved on a selective, case-by-case basis. I look for retail partners whose shop, aesthetic, customer base, and approach to handmade goods align with the Fire&Fringe brand. Wholesale applications may be submitted through the form below. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval or access to wholesale pricing.I reserve the right to approve or decline wholesale accounts at my discretion.

When reviewing applications, I may consider:

• Your business and retail environment

• Your website and/or social media presence

• Your customer base and product assortment

• How Fire&Fringe would fit within your collection

• Your anticipated purchasing needs

• Whether the partnership feels like a good fit for both businesses

Wholesale Exclusivity

Wholesale accounts are non-exclusive by default. Geographic exclusivity may be considered for established accounts with significant or recurring purchase commitments. Any exclusivity arrangement must be discussed and agreed upon in writing before it becomes effective. A wholesale order does not automatically grant geographic, product, or design exclusivity.

Retail & Brand Representation

Fire&Fringe jewelry is handcrafted and sold as a representation of the Fire&Fringe brand. Wholesale partners may resell purchased Fire&Fringe pieces through their approved retail business. Fire&Fringe jewelry may not be represented as the retailer's own handmade work or relabeled as another brand's original designs. Retail partners are encouraged to share the story of Fire&Fringe, the handmade process, and the natural materials used in the jewelry.
